You will explore how assumptions shape the way you see a situation, how to distinguish real obstacles from perceived ones, and how changing your perspective can reveal possibilities you had not considered before. AI provides an interesting backdrop: when technology can generate more and more possibilities for us, the valuable human skill is not simply producing more ideas. It is knowing which questions to ask, what matters, what is actually possible — and what you choose to do with it. A day for people who are curious, open-minded and ready to look at familiar things slightly differently.

Every team develops patterns. People acquire roles. Meetings start to run in familiar ways. Certain ideas are welcomed; others are dismissed before they are fully explored. This is a demanding but playful day for professionals and leaders who want to become more conscious of the instrument they bring to every situation: themselves.
