For deliveries outside The Netherlands delivery time is longer. The exact delivery time depends on the location.

RETURNING OR CHANGING
Only after seeing your order and accepting it, the purchase has been done. It means you have the right to return your item 14 days from the moment you received it. This does not account for commission items.
If you want to return or change your items you are allowed to have tried them on but not to have used them. You pay for the costs of returning. The amount of your purchase will be restituted. In case we have sent you an incorrect item, we of course will pay for the cost of returning. The address for returning is:

RESTITUTION
After returning your items, we will restitute your money within 30 days. In case you paid with credit card, we will restitute to your card, in case of paying with ideal to your bank account. Send the items to the address as stated above. You can not return the items carriage forward.
