Team days
that are fun ánd make you think

See differently. Work differently.

One-day team experiences that open up new possibilities

AI can generate ideas, analyse information and suggest solutions in seconds. But that doesn’t make human creativity, curiosity and judgement less relevant; quite the opposite.

Our team days explore what happens when you deliberately step outside the obvious. You’ll look at familiar situations from different angles, question assumptions and discover possibilities you might otherwise miss.

No standard teambuilding exercises or fixed models. Instead, expect surprising perspectives, practical experiments, good conversations and plenty of room to think differently.

Three one-day programs to help teams look differently, break patterns and make more possible.

THREE DIFFERENT WAYS TO LOOK AT YOUR TEAM, YOUR WORK AND YOURSELF:

MORE POSSIBLE, MORE POWER Personal development: expand your sense of what is possible.

SAME TEAM, DIFFERENT PATTERN Team development: break patterns and create new possibilities together.

OUT OF THE BOX LEADERSHIP Leadership: see more, choose consciously and create movement.

Small groups. One day. No PowerPoint marathon. Lots of thinking, doing, looking differently. And having fun along the way.

NOTE: working language: Dutch. English on request.

Program 1
More possible, more power

We are often quicker to see what cannot be done than what might be possible. A situation seems to offer only two options. Or a decision feels inevitable. A familiar obstacle becomes a fact. And before we know it, we are operating inside a set of limitations that may be much less fixed than we think. This team day is about creating more mental and practical space. You will explore how assumptions shape the way you see a situation, how to distinguish real obstacles from perceived ones, and how changing your perspective can reveal possibilities you had not considered before. AI provides an interesting backdrop: when technology can generate more and more possibilities for us, the valuable human skill is not simply producing more ideas. It is knowing which questions to ask, what matters, what is actually possible, and what you choose to do with it. A day for people who are curious, open-minded and ready to look at familiar things slightly differently.

Program 2
Same team, different pattern

Every team develops patterns. People acquire roles. Meetings start to run in familiar ways. Certain ideas are welcomed; others are dismissed before they are fully explored. And phrases like “that won't work here” can gradually become unwritten rules. But a pattern is not necessarily a problem. The question is whether your team still chooses it. SAME TEAM, DIFFERENT PATTERN is a one-day team program about recognising the patterns that shape how you work together ánd discovering what becomes possible when you deliberately step outside them. We look at roles, assumptions, team myths, unwritten rules and different perspectives. Not to analyse the team endlessly, but to create enough distance to see what is really happening and experiment with doing something differently. The approach: change the angle, question the obvious, take something familiar out of context and see what happens. The goal is not to become a completely different team by 4 p.m. It is to leave with more possibilities, more awareness of your collective patterns and a few concrete ways to change them.

Program 3
Out of the box leadership

What does a situation require from a leader? What changes when you look at leadership from a different perspective? In this one-day program, you’ll explore leadership through real situations rather than fixed leadership styles or models. You’ll work with cases, unexpected perspectives and challenges that deliberately take you out of your usual approach. What if you don’t solve the problem? What if you give the decision away? What if you make the problem smaller? Or bigger? What if you ask the person with the least influence first? By switching perspectives and experimenting with different responses, you discover how much more room there can be in a situation than you initially thought. The aim is not to find the one right leadership style. It is to become more flexible in choosing what the situation actually needs and to recognise when your own assumptions are getting in the way. The instrument you bring to every situation is yourself. The more consciously you use it, the more options you'll have.
